Yes. Hours are Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 11:00–17:00, Sunday closed. We schedule so setup and changeover fit between bookings.

No. Without a reservation we cannot guarantee an engineer. For urgent matters call during opening hours. Address and directions are on contact.

An engineer from Sipopojexadvisory — often Maarten van Dijk or a colleague listed on about us. Sessions are not unattended room hire.

Up to about 5 musicians in the 28 m² live room. Larger setups need a prior chat.

One or two people in the control room is usually fine. For more visitors, check with us so the session stays workable.

Extensions only by agreement and if the next slot allows. Extra time is charged per started half hour at the booked service hourly rate.

Not required: 8 sets are available. Bring your own if you prefer.

24-bit WAV at 48 kHz by default, or your project sample rate if you specify it in advance. Other formats on request when feasible.

Secure download link or to your cloud if you grant access. Turnaround is on the relevant service page (mixing, mastering).

2 feedback rounds on standard mixing and mastering. Further rounds are agreed upfront; see planning your mix budget.

12 months after the last session on a project, then deletion per our privacy policy. Always keep your own backup.

Yes if you bring a suitable drive and time remains at the end. Large projects include copy time in the quote. We can also agree a follow-up transfer if the session runs long.

After full payment for the agreed service, recordings made for you are yours within the limits of the terms and any co-writer splits.

Not without your explicit consent. We ask separately for portfolio or social use.

No. We do not use client recordings to train AI models and do not clone voices without written permission.

Only what is needed to book and deliver the service. See the privacy policy; business clients can use our data processing agreement.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio where available. IBAN and payment instructions are on the quote and on the invoice.

Yes, amounts on the site and consumer quotes include 21% VAT. Services also shows excl. VAT.

Up to 5 calendar days before the scheduled start. Within that window you can also reschedule per the terms.

Cancellation less than 5 days ahead may forfeit the deposit, except force majeure as described in the terms.
