1. What this page covers

This disclaimer applies to the content of sipopojexadvisory.click, published by Sipopojexadvisory B.V. from Ruyschstraat 14, 1091 BR Amsterdam. It only explains how to read the site. Once a booking is closed, the terms and conditions prevail. Our identity, Chamber of Commerce 98812623 and VAT NL876127285B01 are in the legal notice.

2. Nature of the information

The service pages, the guides, the FAQ and the articles — including vocal warm-up, mix budget, podcast setup and session rights — explain how we work in practice. They are not advice on copyright, collective licensing, tax or your particular mix.

We keep the site current, but a sentence may lag behind a quote or a change in the rooms. If a figure or an appointment matters, the written document you receive from us prevails over the web text.

3. Prices and availability

Amounts on the site are a guide, in euros, including VAT at 21 %. Examples: Vocal recording from €98 per hour, Mixing from €195 per track, Mastering from €78 per track, Podcast recording from €88 per hour, Rehearsal room from €58 per hour. The amount you owe is the one on the accepted quote.

A free slot mentioned on the site or in a call is not a reservation. The slot is yours only after the steps in article 4 of the terms. Opening hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 11:00–17:00, Sunday closed. Send a request through the contact page.

4. Artistic outcome

Recording, mixing and mastering are obligations of means. How the work sounds depends on the takes, the arrangements, the rooms (live room 28 m², 2 booths) and the choices we make together. We do not promise a hit, a playlist slot or a loudness figure beyond what the quote states.

Revisions for Mixing and Mastering are capped at 2 rounds, as article 12 of the terms says. A new artistic direction is a new job.

5. Links to other sites

The site may point to third-party sites, for example the Chamber of Commerce, the host or public-authority pages. Those destinations sit outside our editorial responsibility. Their content, uptime and privacy rules are theirs. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Images and artificial intelligence

Some photographs are illustrative and generated with AI. They do not show real clients, a real session or a room down to every detail. Equipment brand names you may see in a caption remain with their owners.

We do not use your recordings to train models. The contractual rule is in article 13 of the terms. We reserve against text and data mining of this site; that reservation is in /.well-known/tdmrep.json.

7. Availability of the site

The site is hosted by TransIP B.V., Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, Nederland. Maintenance, an outage or a security measure may take it down for a while. That does not give rise to damages, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

The contact form goes through FormSubmit in the United States. If the form fails, or you prefer to avoid that transfer, write to [email protected] or call 020 244 1893. The safeguards are in the legal notice and the privacy policy.

8. Liability for the site

For loss that follows from using or not being able to use the site, or from relying on a web text, we are liable only in case of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law so requires. This limit does not take statutory rights away from a consumer. For a closed booking, article 14 of the terms applies.
